Returns: all products can you return within 30 days after you buy it to our adress. Before you send the goods it is important to contact us with email to info@neumannshop.de. n some cases, where merchandise could be resold to another party, returns may be considered (prior authorization is required). We will not accept any returns on custom size products. Please contact our Customer Service Department at info@neumannshop.de to discuss a return. Do not send back merchandise without prior authorization or it will be refused. If a return is authorized (merchandise returned without an authorization will be refused): A 15% restocking charge will be applied. Once the return has been received we will issue a credit for the product total only. Freight charges will not be refunded. Any credits issued are for merchandise only (no cash).The product must be repackaged as it was originally delivered.
